INCLUSION THINK TANK
How we created a tool for businesses in the Netherlands to take steps towards inclusivity through the Inclusion Think Tank
Challenge
We recognized a critical need to address the lack of true inclusion within the Dutch business world. They sought to go beyond surface-level diversity efforts and catalyze systemic change by engaging a diverse array of voices to co-create practical solutions. We decided to partner up with Zwier, to create the: ‘Inclusie Denktank’
The journey
- Partnered with Zwier to assemble a representative “think tank” of individuals reflecting the diversity of the Netherlands
- Facilitated a weekend to create a space of trust and openness, that encouraged participants to bring their full, authentic selves to the table
- Synthesized insights from these brave conversations into a clear, actionable “manifesto” for inclusive business practices
- Developed a scalable framework to guide companies on their inclusion journeys
Impact
- Convened a multi-stakeholder think tank that bridged traditional boundaries within society
- Fostered a safe space where participants felt empowered to share unfiltered perspectives
- Translated personal experiences into practical, research-backed inclusion strategies
- Produced a website and downloadable manifesto outlining concrete steps for companies to increase inclusion
- Established a model for driving systemic change through collaborative solutioning

The Inclusion Think Tank process was powerful because it brought together a true cross-section of voices to co-create solutions.
