Igniting Purpose-Driven Leadership through the Visionary Voyage program

Net Impact Amsterdam, a community of changemakers, sought to equip their members with the mindset and skills to become powerful purpose-driven leaders. They turned to Purpose Club to design and facilitate a transformative leadership development program that could catalyze personal and professional growth.

Journey

• Crafted and designed the “Visionary Voyage” program to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery, skill-building, and systems-level thinking
• Facilitated interactive live workshops covering topics like cultivating confidence, honing impact leadership abilities, and building resilient mindsets
• Leveraged a blend of live sessions, on-demand videos, and peer-to-peer support to empower participants to apply new frameworks in real-world contexts
